Weak Highlighting in Table of Contents

When I go to see which chapter I am reading in I find it difficult to distinguish the highlighting in the Table of Contents. It seems this could be much more pronounced and easy to see with just a glance.

I agree! I have the same problem - it's hard to see which chapter I'm in without looking carefully. See screenshot.  Thanks!
