Add Factbook outline to Outline Browser

In building the data for the left side panel and the pericope page headings, Logos placed the Logos pericopes into a Logos outline. The Logos pericopes appear in the Compare pericopes tool but the Logos outline does not appear in the Outline Browser tool. Please add the Logos outline to the Outline Browser tool.
