Make editing reading plan templates easier

We should be able to edit the new predefined reading plans in a new and improved custom reading plan builder.

Trying to fix mistakes in custom reading plans is truly a pain.

I made a mistake in September of a full-year reading plan and now have to delete each entry after that date -- one-by-one (with Logos jumping to January after each delete) -- so that I can manually re-enter each date's reading.
