Add Commentary type for lectionary based homiletics

In the Commentary Section of the Passage Guide, please divide the homiletic type into two types (1) homiletics and (2) lectionary base homiletics. The former usually considers a single passage of scripture; the latter emphasizes one passage in the light of one or more additional passages.
