New Feature: Send hyperlinks to designated panel

Allow designated panel to receive hyperlinks as is implemented for desktop. This would allow non prioritized resources to get hyperlinks. This would add a simple and convenient functionality to mobile.

Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.

    Good idea.
