Fix Reading Plans in iOS Mobile App

You can no longer find your current page number within a reading plan on the mobile app (it used to be at the top when you opened the menu). You have to open the resource in order to get the current page number, but also the "Open Resource" feature doesn't work anymore. Please fix.
