Logos Development Team,
I am a long‑term Logos user and recently subscribed specifically to gain access to the Study Assistant. Overall, I have been very impressed with the tool. However, I immediately noticed that the inquiry text box has a very restrictive character limit.
As a real‑world example, I completed the first section of a message I wanted my Logos library to assess exegetically and theologically. When I attempted to paste it into the Study Assistant, the text was cut off. This section was not long, about a page in Microsoft Word, but I was forced to paste it in paragraph by paragraph. While the feedback itself was helpful, the process resulted in fragmented and non‑cohesive analysis. I am also aware that other AI platforms do not impose such strict character limits.
From a development perspective, this seems like a relatively straightforward limitation to address. Would it be possible to remove or significantly increase the character limit? I can easily imagine many pastors and lay leaders using the Study Assistant to evaluate their written work, but in its current form, this limitation makes that difficult.
I hope this is something that can be addressed. I am genuinely impressed with the tool so far and would love to make fuller use of it in assessing my writing.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
