video buffering is terrible

The video pauses every five seconds to buffer content. This is extremely distracting and makes videos almost unwatchable. I am trying to watch the "Logos 10 Basic Bible Study Series". I have a fast Internet connection and do not experience this kind of buffering with any other video service. What's going on?
