Reading Plans: Allow navigating for context while reading in a Reading Plan

Reading plans have become far less useful with the updates. You can't easily scroll forward and backward for additional context. And it's really inhibited the usefulness for non-bible resources. I had switched over from Kindle to read non-biblical/historical/theological resources. Now, they open mid-paragraph. Please fix this if you can.

Hi,
Thank you for the great resource that is the Logos Bible app! I love the clean look of the new reading plan UI. However, it really stinks that I can no longer view the day’s readings in their context. I used to be able to read the paragraph before to remind myself where I’m at, but now I’m restricted to only what is in today’s reading.
Could you please bring back this feature? The rest of the new UI is great.
Thanks!1 -
In using the Reading Plan, Logos 8 for Android showed the beginning and end of today's portion, but also more than that. Now Logos 9 shows only today's reading with a "Finish" button present. To see surrounding material, we have to choose Open Resource, which makes it look like Logos 8. I suggest that we have the option to make that our preference. Very often, the Reading Plan stops and starts in the middle of a sentence, making that portion of the reading useless. Also, for those of us reading several books at the same time, it's nice to have a "running start" before reading today's section.1

Logos 9 removes the "Start Reading" and "Stop Reading" designations within the reading plans, replacing them by simply showing today's reading portion. This is problematic when the app cuts off a reading portion mid-sentence, which is frequent. I also want to see the context by viewing the preceding paragraph. Clicking on "Open Resource" reinstates the designations, but must be called up each time a resource is called from the Dashboard. Since I never want to use the new "Finish" format, could there be a setting allowing one to choose permanently? Thank you.1
