The first reading for Nov. 28th, 2021 is shown as (Zechariah 14:1–2) 3–9. In the notation used by ACNA, the verses in parentheses are optional. So, it should be shown as Zechariah 14:(1–2) 3–9

In the same way, the second reading for Dec. 5th should be 1 Corinthians 4:(1–7) 8–21, not (1 Corinthians 4:1–7) 8–21; and Christmas II should be Luke 2:(1–14) 15–20, not (Luke 2:1–14) 15–20.

For the First Sunday of Christmas, on Dec. 26th, you show the Psalm as 147:13. It should be 147:12-20

On the Second Sunday of Christmas, on Jan. 2nd, you have the Gospel lesson as Luke 2:41–52 or Matthew 2:1–12. It should be Luke 2:22-40 or Matt 2:1-12. You may have taken yours from one of the preliminary lectionaries in use before the 2019 Book of Common Prayer was published.

For the Feast of the Epiphany on Jan. 6th, you have the psalm as Psalm 72 or Psalm 72:1–15. It should be Psalm 72 or Psalm 72:1–11.

There are likely similar issues later in the lectionary, but I have not looked beyond The Epiphany.
