Allow custom fields including scripture reader, worship team, songs/hymns. Something I can plan all of worship in and then export it to worship team at the church.

Agree that would be useful. Personally, I'd prefer to see something like a "Service Planner" feature which could be part of Sermon Manager, but which could also be its own feature with the sermon just being one of the components captured in the Service Planner.0
