Fix language tagging for Slavonic and Russian on Logos.com

Add as Slavonic and Russian the Church Slavonic-Russian-English Dictionary and tag both of the The Orthodox Prayer Book: Slavonic and St. Tikhon’s Church Slavonic Collection as Slavonic.

    Sorry, it appears our system doesn't currently support Slavonic as a product language in our web store (but this works in Logos). I've added Russian for the moment, instead. I'm cautiously optimistic that we'll add support for more languages in the next few years.
