Possible New Smart Media

Would it be possible to develop a Smart Media that would automatically generate a slide showing: Title, Author, and Copyright Info for all the songs used on a particular Sunday? (See Attachment) This information in now "required" by Facebook & YouTube. This would save much copy/paste which is how I currently create this page. Thanks
