Sermon Builder Improvements

1. Allow SB to be more of a word processor in numbering or outlines. When one inserts a new line when using an outline format the corresponding points (lines) would auto correct there line numbers/letters.
2. When exporting slides (editable) to PPT with words that are underlined in SB are no longer underlined in PPT. This requires one to manually add the underline back in.
3. The process of exporting the Handout to Word adds control characters that are unseen but affect the appearance specially when then cut/pasted from Word to Published. Too many changes must be added back into the Handout.

I love the time savings that SB provides but I am hopeful these additions can save even more time. Thank You!!!
