I recently went through the training on "Favorites" and was interested in the capability to drag Word (and other non-Logos) documents to "Favorites". However, when i tried it in Logos 10, it did not work. After investigating this online and finding nothing (my search results were forum posts that were 12-years old), I ended up posting to the Logos Forum. The response I received the next day told me that this capability does not work in Logos 10 and the latest release did not fix the issue. There is a work around (drag the document to short cuts and then to Favorites). I think it would be convenient if Logos provided a link to known issues & workarounds like this. It might have saved me a lot of time and frustration.
