Please add send hyperlinks here to dynamic resource toolbar

I just wasted time trying to find send hyperlinks here, thinking it would be packaged with the linked sets function. It was annoying to find it still in the panel menu (along with find) for no apparent reason. Please move this function onto the dynamic resource toolbar where it logically belongs
