Add Book and Course Filter to Search

Add a simple filter to view either courses or books after running a search on Logos.com when narrowing results.

The current options are not straightforward enough to filter out all results by these two large categories.

    But I would like a few more items in this short list:
    - Bible
    - Commentary/Dictionary/References 
    - Fiction books
    - Books
    - Courses
    - Media
