Custom Thumbnail option for video upload

Please, please add a custom thumbnail option to the "View Asset Detail Screen". An even greater time saver would be to allow filling out the "VADS (including custom thumbnail)" at time of video upload. This would allow me to go home while the video is uploading, and I can upload to other social media pages later. Thank you!
