Custom Colors on Right-Click Menu

I've created custom highlight palettes. Unfortunately, these do not show up as colors on the right-click contextual menu. The colors are gray for the custom highlight colors, so instead of quickly choosing the one I want, I have to hover over it to see which one it is. Custom highlights colors SHOULD show up everywhere that the Logos default palettes show up.

I've already checked with Logos and it isn't a bug.
