Add a parallel passages function to the Bible resource task bar

Make a simple interface (use either multi-view or parallel resources as a model) that shows all passages identified as parallels in the Harmony resources (shown in the Parallel Passages Guide section). Clearly mark the beginning and end of the parallels.
