Upgrade the Help File

Divide the Help file into appropriate sections and write a descriptive Table of Contents for each section. Clear labelling and hierarchical location is important and this can be done fairly easily with a descriptive TOC. Referring to a TOC which carries enough detail helps one grasp the interrelation of the aspects of the software. I would have attached my own TOC for "Resources to Auto Translate" in the current Help file but this doesn't allow files, only images.
