1) I have found it is important often to trace New Testament words through the Septuagint, because the NT usage often builds on that in the LXX. So my search will include all three languages: English, Greek, and Hebrew.

The first problem is that on a lot of verses, the same verse will have different numbers in each version. e.g. Hebrew psalms include the introductory material into its verses, English does not. Hebrew and lxx often have different chapter breaks from the English. The Septuagint often totally rearranges verses, like in Jeremiah, Proverbs. And it numbers the Psalms differently from English

When I print out the results of the search, only the original version I searched in has the passage number. So, frankly, I don’t know what the number is in the other versions.

This needs to be added for all Bible searches.
2) The Hebrew text that appears in the printout from the searches looks like chicken scrawl. If I copy Hebrew text, I get three options. The search function provides only one and it is the worst one. So all the Hebrew texts, I have to use the copy function to do that all manually.
3) And, a lot of the time, the first word of the Greek text of the lxx is spaced crazy, and I have to manually copy text over that. So basically, the searches give me the results, and then I pretty much have to reproduce the results a verse at a time if I care how it looks.
4) All the verses have abbreviated titles: Gen, Num. Yes, that’s understandable to your users, but search results are used as more than just scratch paper. I would like at least the option of full book titles.
