Fix desktop atlas tool not using GPU acceleration

Currently the Atlas tool in the desktop is very sluggish relative to the web app. This is most noticeable when using shift + right mouse button to rotate the map.
Watching task manager it is clear that LogosCEF.exe is not using the GPU, even when set to high performance under Display Settings -> Graphic Settings.
When I view at https://app.logos.com/tools/atlas it is very smooth in comparison.
Could this please be fixed?
My Specs are Windows 10 Pro 2004, NVIDIA GT 710, Driver 27.21.14.5655.
Also happens with GT 1030
