Add milestone support for the days within a four-week Psalter

Could we get milestones for the “days” within the Four-Week Psalter? Note that there are three versions of the Four-Week Psalter: Advent-Christmas Time Psalter (volume 1), Lent-Easter Time Psalter (volume 2) and the ordinary Psalter (volumes 3-4, which are identical in the Four-Week Psalter). FWIW, In Fulfilled in Christ I cite these as CT.Psalter, ET.Psalter and Psalter (CT=Christmas Time; ET=Easter Time). Given your citation scheme, I would suggest using “Christmas, Psalter, Week, Day”, “Easter, Psalter, Week, Day” and “Ord Time, Psalter, Week, Day” as the scheme.
