Require unique presentation names

When we duplicate a presentation, the new presentation has the same name as the old presentation. This has caused us problems several times. Would it be possible to have the new presentation have some unique identifier like the word "copy" on it? Similar issue if we create a presentation with exactly the same name as an existing presentation. (We follow a pattern, and this does happen)

It is hard to distinguish between two presentations that have exactly the same name.
