Update/Revise Course Resources

Various courses and resources (e.g. Lexham Research Commentaries) have links and/or assigned readings for books no longer available on Logos (e.g. Peter O'Brien commentaries). Also, similarly, there are links to older editions (e.g. IVP Dictionary of Jesus and the Gospels 1st edition). It would be great to replace unavailable resources with substitutes or updated revisions.
