Annotation tool (rename Note tool)

Disciple II gave an excellent explanation of why highlights, notes, (and labels) share a file and format. He suggests that thinking of it as an annotation file makes the combined use make sense. As this is a very frequent cause of confusion and destructive actions (e.g. deleting all blank notes then wondering what happened to highlights), in Logos 10 please rename Note tool as Annotation tool.
