MIDI Input Settings need to be per installation, not shared in the group

I need them to be unique for each installation of Proclaim (local settings) because I need to send different MIDI commands to 2 different instances of Proclaim. We are going to run the main Worship order on one machine and a separate presentation for Pastor slides on a different computer. I want to send MIDI commands to advance slides, but they need to be on different channels.
Two Computers, A and B. Both Running Proclaim. I want to send notes to change slides to Computer A on Channel 4. And I want to send notes to change slides to Computer B on Channel 5.
Right now, both Computers A & B share the MIDI Input configuration, so they will both be either 4 or 5. I can't get them to be different. When I send a note now, they both are changing the slide. I need to control them independently.
