Text Editing Ideas

After using Proclaim for some time, I have run into some problems with text editing that I have creative ideas about. Overall, it would be helpful to have some guide to how the text boxes function and the best way to use them. The online articles are just a little too general to understand them well, especially when dealing with large groups of text.
Examples/Ideas
1. Some identifiers for slides that are not the proper text size.
a. Examples
i. When I add in text with each slide having one verse for bible verses, for example, some of them fit the size that we want (146) and others are shrunk trying to fit the whole verse in there.
ii. When I add 500+ words for a part of our liturgy, it takes a long time to edit and them all without a way of knowing what is the correct size or not.
b. Ideas
i. Put an identifier around the boxes or outside of them in the right hand preview to show which ones are not the proper size.
ii. Highlight the border of the slides in the bottom ribbon to show which ones are not the proper size.
2. A text editing window that will help/auto paginate large groups of text. It could also be something that will “read” the text and provide the section break (--) for you based on the rules of the text box.
a. It would seem very difficult for the program to auto paginate based on the current way that text is edited, so I am assuming it would have to be an additional feature added to the “Add Item” tools that are already there. That way it could be its own window within the program.
