Move find function to dynamic tool bar

The dynamic toolbar saw several functions move from the panel menu to the toolbar. Unfortunately, Find was not included. Please move Find to the dynamic toolbar as that is now the logical place to look for it and to go to the search tab only to find it is not there is annoying.

    I agree there should be some logical separation of duties for the toolbar and the panel menu.  The toolbar for things related to the resource content, and the o panel menu for things related to the panel perhaps.
