Fix Commentaries facet in Passage Guides

To observe the problem:
1. Open two or more Passage Guides.
2. Change the facet for commentaries in any single PG (e.g., from "Era" to "Denomination").
3. Observe that the facet is changed for all PGs, rather than the PG chosen.
This should be fixed.
