AI Assistant Access to Notes

I do much of my research and compile data into a notebook document that I then need to compile into a sermon. I love the AI Assistant when compiling the sermon and can see so much value and time savings being possible (I've used ChatGPT for the last year or so to work as a research assistant and summarize my notes, etc.). The problem that I'm running into is when I have more information in my study notes than will be appropriate for the sermon, I would like to use AI Assistant similarly to what I've used ChatGPT to read my study notes and suggest outlines, illustrations, etc. instead of being based on the passage and thought that I could put in the assistant at this current juncture. Additionally, the AI Assistant could peruse my library, compile sources pertinent to my topics, and even summarize the data into consumable sizes for quicker research.
