Apply background color to text boxes

@Ariel  You can!  When you add the text box, then type what you want.

Now, click effects (under font and size), click BACKGROUND SHAPE
Then Edit the background shape.
If you want the WHOLE box to have background color, vs just the text, then click FIT TO TEXTBOX
