I am new to the zettlekasten system so pardon my ignorance. I would like to avoid using another app and spreading my notes across two systems. Have you tried to implement a zettlekasten approach within Logos using tags?

I understand being able to "link one note to another". Have you tried Copy Location in the Panel menu?
But I'm not sure what you mean by having "all notes connected with another's". Is this an automated two-way connection when you link one note to another?
