Text Editing (Content slides)

It would be so helpful to have the same text editing options in ALL added text boxes within Content slides (e.g. Fade in Text, Emphasise Text). Currently, if I manually add any additional text boxes, these options are not available.
If text editing options could come closer to replicating standard Office editing options (as in Word, PowerPoint) that would significantly help us with weekly slide production.
