Support three types of daily devotionals

Logos/Verbum sells three types of devotionals:
- devotionals based on secular calendar date
- devotionals based on liturgical date
- devotionals that merely number the days i.e. day 1, day 2, day 3 ...
Please support all three formats especially as home page cards. Yes, I realize that for the third format, the user must specify the secular date of day 1.
