AI: Expand AI summary and question generation capabilities to reading plans

In building a reading plan for the Popular Patristics series, I realized that the summary and question generation AI capabilities added to the sermon builder would be very useful in a communal reading plan - helping readers who have difficulties with comprehension and providing questions to provoke conversation among participants.
