Text Comparison Panel Menu

There are 8 parameters controlling the display of the Text Comparison that are available on the Panel menu [two of them may also be controlled in the panel and there is one parameter that is controlled only in the panel]. Three of the parameters are often selected/deselected at the same time (ignore case, ignore marks, ignore punctuation). However, the Panel menu closes after each selection requiring the user to open the menu, change a parameter, open the menu again, change another parameter, open the menu .... Please leave the menu open until I move the cursor outside the menu.
