Add the ability to open specific resources to the workflow

See for example these public workflows (a) Preston A. Taylor's 102 Fascinating Bible Studies and (b) Alan M. Stibbs: Search the Scriptures. These are solid examples of workflows that can get the general public to use Logos ... but it lacks the ability to open the required resource.
