Cannot download books from my library to work offline

Installed mobile app on new puchased android tablet and signed into my account. Resources are accessible online but are not available for download for offline use. Is launch of new 10 version causing the bug?

    UPDATE: This has been fixed in the latest Android update: 10.0.2 1000029300.
