Item specific Background Audio volume level

It would be great to be able to set different volume levels for background audio on different items.
The situation I am facing is wanting to have background audio at a low level during pre-service and post-service loops, but then to be able to have background audio set to a higher level across various service items within the service.
Currently if I set it low for pre-service loop, then the audio level for in-service items is also set low.
If I adjust it and set it higher for in-service items, pre- and post-loop audio is too loud.
