Movable and editable anchors

As far as I am aware once an anchor has been added to a note the only option is to delete it. If you want to change its position within the note, or insert an anchor between two others you cannot. This means the specific order in the chain of thought cannot be matched. Also if you want to extend the area of selected text cannot be expanded or reduced. The benefit of being able to print out just the anchors for others to help in their study without the benefit of one's own notes text is another way this could be used. However this only applies if you can reposition and edit the anchors as you work on the notes. Others may find this would make for a more useful tool also.
