Name Floating Windows

I often make use of floating windows, grouping open resources by them. It would be helpful and add to productivity if I could assign a title/prefix to each floating window. Currently, the open resource in that window displays in the title bar. Perhaps the window name/label could display as a sort of prefix, followed by a separator and then the resource title?

Something like: [Window Label] -- [Resource Title]
