Exclude page numbers when copying text

When the visual filter for page numbers is enabled, and if a selection includes content from more than one page, copying and pasting the selected content includes the page number tag.
Ideally, copying and pasting would recognize the page number tag and exclude it from the body text (it could still be included in the citation).
