Add the ability to go to data-free mode

Not all buildings have both good wireless service and good wifi service. This makes Logos run inordinately slow because it's trying to get data it can't actually get.
Rather than requiring us to go to airplane mode (which turns off all data, like text messaging), can you please add the option to just turn off data from the app itself when we need to? That will also help international users who don't always have unlimited wifi to control when their app gets and uses data.
