Add “Send hyperlinks here” to Notes

Please add the “Send hyperlinks here” option to Notes, so we can force notes to open in a particular Notes panel instance.

    I would like to be able to direct all resources to open in a panel of my choice rather than the random way they open now. This is particularly annoying when I open a resource in a floating panel and it opens in the main panel or the other way around.

    Too soon old. Too late smart.
