Search: Allow opening search results for active resources in a new tab

Currently when opening a search result, it will take over existing tabs if you have that same resource open. This is very annoying, because those tabs may be at specific passages, and they get clobbered by the search result.

Please allow search results to open a new tab, either by default or with a pop-up menu.
