Hotkeys for Notes or Sermons

I would like to see the ability to change to small caps in the note quickly by typing "CTRL S" or something similiar. It'd be great to be able to do this in the headings of a sermon, too. "CTRL N" for normal. "CTRL 1" for heading one or something similar.
