Confidence Monitor show next Image

It would be helpful if the confidence monitor in Presenter View would show the next slide even if the next slide is simply an image. Right now the next slide will only appear if it is text. Our pastors import jpgs and videos for their sermons because they can create better content and have more control. And yet, when in "presenter view" the next image is not shown, only the words "next slide". there is no option to add that feature to the template.
It is very frustrating.
