Notes: Show Notebook Tags in Search Tool

Notebook Tags currently don't show up in one's search within the search tool. They don't even show up in the search tool when you select the 'Docs' tab at the top.

I think this would be a useful thing to include in a given search. For instance, 5 years down the road after having created a notebook with certain tags that would be helpful, it could be forgotten about. But, when searching for a similar topic... it would be awesome if it showed up in the search results.

And it would be best if it didn't require "tag:...." but rather the key word itself should be able to trigger it to pop up.
